"Hear my voice according unto Thy lovingkindess: O Lord, quicken me according to Thy judgment." word for law - judgment; Hear my voice according unto Thy lovingkindess - it is a petition for God to hear his prayer; God does not hear all prayer. God does not have to do anything, He is God. Yet, David gives the attribute that draws Him unto sinful men's prayers - His lovingkindess. Our iniquities separate us from God so that He cannot hear us. For holy God cannot exist where sin is present. Oh, to put away the sin and draw nigh unto Him. Is this your desire? Is this your ambition? "Hear my voice' O Lord there is so much before us. There is the lsot, the church, the country, the families, the day to day situations, the sicke and on and on; we need God to hear our voice. But practice sinning is tempting Him against His lovingkindness. You cannot afford this, put away the sin. Those around you need your prayers before God, you need Him to hear you. For the sake of their souls, put away the sins.
