Micah 5:2, "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting."
Bethlehem was the least city in Judah yet God exalted it. God despises the high things of this world. The one who humbles himself will be exalted.
You may wait for the Holy Spirit but if you haven't become a Bethlehem He will never come.
Lucifer became the devil because of pride.
Unless you're the smallest you will be a tool in the devil's hand.
Pride is the root cause of sin. Many ministers fall because of pride and then go on to sin other grievous sins like adultary etc.
If you want God to work in your life, don't ask for many things but ask Him to teach you to be the least, the servant of all.
