Read & Study the Bible Online - Bible Portal
This message was shared with us recently and I thought it would be worth sharing with the saints here: The Lord is shaking the church. I feel that His Word is going out and The Lord is shaking the church. I feel that His Word is going out and its like a giant sifter. The good flour is falling off from the lumps of worldliness. They are coming from all backgrounds The one thing that holds them together is that they are born of the Holy Spirit and speak the one language of heaven, Our Lord Jesus Christ! This Body of Christ is united and in the end times will physically unite. The Lord's dear ones are coming together. I feel there is tremendous insight to this simply comment and it really is sharing an end-time vision of the Lord that He is giving to many of His saints. God is starting to call out of Church denominations those who love the Lamb with all their hearts and lives. He is starting to connect brothers and sisters together in unity with One Head namely Jesus Christ. He is giving believers wisdom to seek to find unity in basic principles of the Scripture and not to divide over some of the doctrines that have established most denominations as separate. God is not start a new denomination or desiring such but rather unifying His bride. This is a movement that is happening all around the world. We believe Gospel Fellowships is a very small part of this that see's the vision dimly but we want to walk forward to believe and agree with the Lord and His eternal purposes in Jesus Christ. Our grand theme, person and devotion must be Jesus Christ. If He is Pre-eminent and not just promonent then we will see unity which demands a blessing from God. Colossians 1:18 states: "And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence." Oh believers in Jesus Christ, let us acknowledge daily, submit to and verbally announce Jesus Christ as our sole head in our Churches and assemblies. Do we believe that the call of Gospel Fellowships is to have people just leave there churches and denominations? No! We feel that many believers are already scattered that need to be networked with like-minded believers. We also believe that many believers can stay in their denominations while being a part of Gospel Fellowships also. This requires us all to be led of the Spirit of Christ. As time draws thinner we will hopefully be sober-minded and hearing very clear the leading of our Lord. We have mentioned this before dear saints, do be in prayer about this, we will be having regional gatherings God willing later this year in many places where believers can connect and fellowship with each other.
