Leave A Lasting Legacy

When the Master was eating the Last Supper with His disciples He said to them, “I have given you something.” That something was not money, it was not power or prestige, it was not a high rank in the realm of society, He did not give them fame or renown, for He knew that these things are fleeting.
He said to them, “I have given you an example.” What kind of an example? “That ye should do as I have done.” That is, live and die for others, forget self and really live. Do not just eat and sleep and barely exist, but give your lives for a cause that will live on after you are gone.
