Hurricane Helene has left a path of widespread devastation across the Southeastern United States, claiming over 160 lives, with hundreds more still missing. Crisis-trained chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team have deployed to Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and western North Carolina to minister to shocked and overwhelmed residents as they grapple with immense damage and loss.

Greg Stier didn’t fit in with his family. He was a timid youth surrounded by uncles who were street fighters, bodybuilders, and boxers. Even the Mafia called them the “Crazy Brothers.” 
 
However, in an unlikely turn of events, God led Greg—and his family—out of darkness and called him into ministry. Saturday, more than 21,000 people gathered at Naples’ largest public square—Piazza del Plebiscito—for the Noi Festival, where Franklin Graham shared the Good News of Jesus Christ. “You have a choice tonight. You can accept what Jesus Christ did on the cross. You can come home to your Father in Heaven,” the evangelist told the crowd. 
 
After hearing this message, hundreds of attendees made the life-changing decision to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of their lives. We praise God for the way He moved during the largest evangelistic event in the history of this nation!

Jim Vaus, a U.S. Army electronics expert, becomes involved with gangsters. His wife, Alice, begs him to quit, but he’s become too useful, discovering wiretaps, setting up alarm systems, and even saving a mobster’s life by diffusing a time bomb. Gang member Tony urges Jim to invent a device to tap lines carrying race results and delay them so they could make big money on post-race betting. But after a fellow mobster kills Tony, Alice persuades Jim to attend a tent meeting held by evangelist Billy Graham to hear about the hope of Jesus Christ.
