Finally, he fell sound asleep and dropped three stories to his death below. 10 Paul went down, bent over him, and took him into his arms. “Don’t worry,” he said, “he’s alive!” 11 Then they all went back upstairs, shared in the Lord’s Supper,[b] and ate together. Paul continued talking to them until dawn, and then he left. 12 Meanwhile, the young man was taken home alive and well, and everyone was greatly relieved.

Confidence is often thought of as a feeling, but in your Bible, confidence is a position God grants to you, so you can walk with Him in power. Hebrews 10 tells us that there is even a reward for remaining confident in Christ. The problem is that defeats, struggles, disappointments, and tough life-moments can make you feel like you should cash in the reward of your confidence prematurely for the comfortable but negative thoughts like fear, doubt, and worry. In this message, Pastor Keith Hawes discusses how we can walk everyday as confident believers in Christ.
