What an honor it is for me to share stories from Pastor Hagee’s very humble beginnings that have been many years in the making, as we recently celebrated Pastor Hagee’s 65th year in ministry. Pastor has courageously and consistently set an example for all of us on how hard work and God’s blessings can fulfill the Hagee Ministries goal of taking all the Gospel to all the world and to every generation. Enjoy these fond memories as we walk through Pastor’s early years to learn more about the life of a man who remains a humble servant of Jesus Christ. To God be the glory for the great things He has done and continues to do through Hagee Ministries!

What can God do when you are willing to put your faith to work and see his hand move in your life? Starting out in a family home with just eight people, Pastor Hagee had the vision for what would eventually become Hagee Ministries. Recently he celebrated 65 years in ministry with no plan to slow down. God has given Pastor a bold purpose for his life. What a blessing it is to join together with ministry partners from around the world to see God’s hand move in a mighty way. He is so faithful!

It means “no for now, but not forever.” It is OK to tell your children no. When Matt was a kid, the majority of parents agreed on what was right and wrong. One neighborhood dad with a lawn chair could correct the kids on the cul de sac as they played ball and everyone felt safe. Today, there are such wide variations in belief systems that you dare not instruct anyone else’s child. God calls us to establish culture, not to fit into the world’s culture. In our communities, we should be living that out and loving our neighbors as God calls us to do. We need to raise our kids to become godly adults and not apologize for it, even when someone disagrees with our world view.
