This video is of a little abandoned church in Wilmer, Ontario.

There's something sad and haunting about all these empty, little churches. I don't know if it's a common sight in other parts of the world but they seem to be everywhere around here.

I suppose it's not that unusual, since so many people have stopped believing in and worshipping God.

It was a beautiful, snowy Sunday afternoon, and I was driving home after playing organ in a church in Westport, Ontario. Everywhere I went was a potential postcard, but I didn't bother stopping anywhere until I came to this church.

Prayer for Deliverance from Persecutors
A Prayer of David.

1 Hear a just cause, O Lord; attend to my cry;
give ear to my prayer from lips free of deceit.
2 From you let my vindication come;
let your eyes see the right.
3 If you try my heart, if you visit me by night,
if you test me, you will find no wickedness in me;
my mouth does not transgress.
4 As for what others do, by the word of your lips
I have avoided the ways of the violent.
