We review the teaching concerning works that Jonathan Edwards derived from Scriptures such as the following verse: Jesus said, "By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another" (John 13:35).
From this we see that our good works (though not an infallible testimony) are the best evidence to others that we're genuine believers, and that reason also teaches us the same thing.
