A Prayer of the Day. Do not repay evil for evil or abuse for abuse; but, on the contrary, repay with a blessing. It is for this that you were called-- that you might inherit a blessing. For "Those who desire life and desire to see good days, let them keep their tongues from evil and their lips from speaking deceit; let them turn away from evil and do good; let them seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the
Lord is against those who do evil." (1 Peter 3:9-11 NRSV)

Lord, thank you for salvation. We’re adapted into God’s family through Jesus. Heaven is our home and we’re here just for temporary. We inherit every spiritual blessing. Why should we complain what we don’t have? Why should we be envious for others? Why should we fight to get more? Lord, fill us with your Holy Spirit once again. Let us speak the word of blessings. Let us speak truth in love to build up others. Let us sing a song of praise, how great is our God. Let thanksgiving overflow from our mouth, God is good all the time. Let us speak the word of compassion, kindness, and gentleness to bring rest and peace to those who in troubles and business. Lord, thank you for listening to our prayers. In Jesus name. Amen.
