When folks are ignorant both of the Scriptures and the power of God, the truth, though shining as brightly as the noonday sun, escapes the grasp of their fumbling intellects as easily as a greased pig escapes the pursuit of a one-legged farmer. When they don’t ‘get it,’ just know part of what the problem is.
