Title: How Should You Go On From Here?
Scripture: John 17 : 11 - 12
11 And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one.
12 While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

Intro: case study
(1) Is this man saved?
(2) Can a saved child of God be deceived by Satan to a point of committing such an evil crime?

1. Keep in mind that Satan exists until the final judgment.
(1) The Bible is the only book in the world that exposed Satan’s schemes.
(2) But Satan’s head is already crushed (Gen.3:15).
(3) On the last day of the world, Satan will be completely bound (Mt.25:41).
(4) But don’t put your guard down.
(5) Daily have victory through prayer (Eph.6:18).
(6) Satan will interfere with your family (Mt.12:28-29).
(7) He follows around the unbelievers and believers without assurance (1Pet.5:7-8).
(8) If you permit him once, he will approach with seven times the power (Mt.12:44-45).
(9) He causes all kinds of disease (Mt.8:15-17).
(10) He brings confusion to your mind (Ac.16:16-18).
(11) He flees from the believers with assurance (Jas.4:7).
(12) He looks for a dry and arid place to rest (Mt.12:43-44).
(13) He especially looks for “empty house” to go into (Mt.12:45).
(14) He hates prayer and knowledge of the Bible the most (1Thes.5:16-18).
(15) He also hates the giving of true worship the most (Mt.4:8-11).
(16) He fears keeping of the Lord’s Day and evangelism.

2. Therefore, Remember these five things and live them out
(1) Knowing Jesus Christ properly and intimately (Is.53:5).
(2) Deepen your faith in believing the power of the Triune God, which is revealed in the Bible (Jn.3:16).
(3) In prayer and faith, never forget to put Jesus Christ at the center of your heart, home, and wherever you are.
(4) When you confess and testify the name and power of Jesus Christ as the priority of your life, then you have the victory (Mt.16:16, Ac.2:21).
(5) Jesus Christ must become the Lord of your life.

3. What is your current address? Where should you be?
Natural man – Carnal man – Spiritual man
(1) Make Christ the center of your life, and cast off your anxieties, problems, and burdens of sin.
(2) Make Christ the center of your life, and get rid of your stubbornness.
(3) Make Christ the center of your life, and throw away your worries (negative, pessimistic attitude).
(4) Make Christ the center of your life, and do not rely on your own experiences.
(5) Make Christ the center of your life, and do not have any prejudices.

Conc: What happens when you make Christ the center of your life?
(1) You experience the power of God
(2) You overcome self, Satan, and the world
(3) You become a witness
