3 signs God is telling you to focus more on him.

1. If You Feel Distant from God

A longing in your heart for more of God was put there by God himself. John 6:44, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them . . . .” Feeling distant from God is like feeling hungry for food. God is giving you that feeling so you will pursue what you need.

2. If You Are Anxious About Earthly Needs, This Is a Sign God Is Telling You to Focus More on Him

 In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”


3. If You Have an Unmet Longing in Your Heart

Psalm 37:4, “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” The deepest desire of our heart is to delight in God. Thus, only when we delight in him can we be satisfied.
