3 signs God will use to show a woman she has found her Boaz.

1. If He’s Treating You Like the New Creation You Are in Christ and Not Seeing You Through the Sins of Your Past

A Christian marriage is supposed to reflect the gospel (Ephesians 5:21-33). A man and woman, therefore, must be willing and ready to treat each other based upon the purity of Christ rather than because of each other’s perfect past, which no one has.

2. He Could Be Your Boaz If He Takes Advantage of His Opportunities to Pursue You

If a man passively lets every moment pass by when he could have pursued you, this is a sign this is not the man God has for you. Like Boaz pursued Ruth, the man God has for you will pursue you.

3. If He Seeks to Honor the Lord Through Pursuing You

A godless man can pursue you, but that’s not a sign he’s your Boaz. When God reveals your future Christian husband to you, he will be willing to pursue you in holy way.
