The other night, I told Elijah he has to practice reading in tagalog, then he said, "sige mommy tagalog bukas". I was suprised He chose this verse, very timely since we are learning the song "If I were a shepherd". And after reading he said "mommy pagod na ako". He was challenged reading this verse, because for the first time he told me "mommy pagod na ako". Took that moment of him being tired to tell him about the Good Shepherd.

All of us, wander. I wander often, specially when I'm losing hope, tired, and sometimes because I just want to try things that others seem to enjoy, finding happiness without God.

And I'm just so grateful that God being our Good Shepherd always rescues me everytime I wander! It is so comforting to know that God will never let me be out of His sight. That is how faithful and loving God is. :)
