“Abide in me, and I will abide in you.” You don’t hear about “abiding” too much outside of Bible study. When’s the last time you “abided”? Waiting in line when they last dropped the McRib?

Abiding means to show up faithfully in the little things, day after day. It’s easy to say “maybe I’ll skip today,” or spend more time scrolling than spending time with God (we’re definitely not writing this from personal experience or anything).

It’s easy to get caught up in not feeling “busy” or “productive” enough. But keep abiding. Keep spending time with Jesus. It will always pay off in the end. (Just like waiting in line for the McRib. But like, way better.)
