In this passage we see the connection between abiding in Him and obedience. Obedience is an outflow of finding Him as your source. Obedience isn't a burden as we live as those who are loved because we understand all of His commands are centered in His love for us. Once again we see Jesus remind us as disciples that we are to love as He has loved us. This abiding and obedience is the path to experiencing the fullness of joy.
