A follower of Christ isn't distinguished by a certain clothing style, but by the behaviors that he or she wears. In Colossians 3 Paul calls us to strip off the behaviors of our past, and to replace them by putting on the attitudes and actions of Jesus Christ.


"Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator." Colossians 3:9-10 (ESV)
