Refusing to acknowledge evil puts God's people at a great disadvantage. We wouldn’t need light if there were no darkness. So, how should we respond to evil? Do we ignore it, or stay on our path like we don’t see the problem? Neither is the best choice. The answer is an intentional commitment to the biblical fundamentals of our lives. For Christ-followers, that leads us back to the things we’ve possibly ignored—reading our Bibles, praying, meditating on God’s Word, and fellowshipping with other believers. Our intentional commitment to biblical fundamentals is the necessary preparation for accepting the assignment God has for us.
