Kim’s earliest memories of her parents were marked by violence, alcohol, and a crushing sense of worthlessness. When both her father and mother abandoned them, eleven-year-old Kim and her younger brother found themselves completely alone on the streets.

Even after encountering God and establishing a sense of a normal life, Kim was still haunted by the pain of her past. Everything changed when a friend invited her to an Andrew Wommack conference in Arizona—where a Charis Bible College sign became a beacon of hope for the future.
