Having attended Andrew’s UK Grace & Faith Conference for years, Lydia and Chris Hall had built a solid foundation on the truth of God’s Word. While attending the conference in 2016, Lydia received a word that she would soon go through a storm, but God told her not to worry—she would come out of it. Upon returning home, Lydia found her husband’s health rapidly declining, and they learned he had developed Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare and incurable autoimmune disease that attacks the body’s nerves. In that moment, Lydia and Chris stood on the foundation they had built over the years, believing that the storm before them would not overcome them.
