“And whosoever does not bear his cross(crossbeam/pale), and come after me, cannot be my disciple(learner/student).”

If we do not bear our “cross” continually, then we do not seek after our Father. Jesus was sent to earth because our Father so loved us and desired for us to have an example(teacher) of how we should live that is righteous, holy, just and pleasing unto God(ALHY). May we live a life of sacrifice just as Jesus has done for us; as we should be living examples in this life helping others. What do others see when they look at us... our speech and our actions? Jesus is the Word and the Light; and has shown us the way. Let us live a life loving our Father and others just as our Father has loved us. Let us not give in or sell our souls to please others at the expense of displeasing our Father, but may we be strong and patient, in mind and in spirit, helping others to understand. By the grace of God, and by his will and his blessing, may we have strength, courage and go forth boldly teaching others of this Word and this Light. For we are the salt of the earth and we need to season this earth with our gift of loving example through his Holy Spirit and all the fruits thereof. Father, please help us to be fruitful and over come fear and doubt in our journey, while also blessing us with wisdom, knowledge and understanding through your Holy Spirit; in all that we are and all that we do. Please, may we not live an unfruitful life, but one that brings an abundance of fruit pleasing, glorifying and thanking you. May we not “save” our souls, but go into this world as your ambassadors and messengers glorifying your holy name. And so may we be in this world, but not of this world going forth boldly, lovingly, righteously and with wisdom. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen and Shalom
