And brethren, in reformed and Calvinistic systems, certain ideas are proposed that you'd be hard-pressed to find in the Word of God. Concepts are sometimes inserted into obscure texts, so beware of poorly reasoned conclusions. I've encountered instances where people interpret a scripture passage to mean something it clearly does not. I've witnessed men standing in pulpits attempting to teach on topics for which they were not adequately prepared. They simply weren't ready. People can be very dogmatic.
