Satan is an accuser and deceiver! You will doubt the love and mercy and grace of God simply because of a simple difficulty of life!


- If you think sin is not very serious you need this reminder! A lion seeks your destruction, to devour you! You will be attacked at your weakest point!



- Maybe Satan blinds you w your own sense of goodness, self-sufficiency, that worship and prayer is irrelevant, or your situation is hopeless or nobody can see your sin



- Resist the devil! v.9

- day after day he comes after you! Resist as if your life depends on it! Have this awareness that you have a constant enemy! Learn to hate him, resist him, resolve to be steadfast in the faith!


- Expect trials!


- Weeping only remains for a night, joy comes in the morning!

- Don’t give up. Cheer up! Suffering is only for a short while, but joy will come after! A Christian always has hope because of the grace of God!
