What does it mean to love God and to love people as we engage and work in an increasingly hostile world? We have to be sure about what we communicate (content) and also the manner in which we present truth. In our social media world, this last issue is an important one for all leaders. We want our communication to be truthful, clear, and gracious. How do we hold these apparently opposing tensions together?

Lars Dahle is a theologian, educator, preacher, and apologist. He is Associate Professor in Systematic Theology and Christian Apologetics at NLA University College (Kristiansand, Norway) and serves as Executive Director of Damaris Norway, a project organization that resources Christians for the dual tasks of ‘double listening’ and apologetics. Since 2013, he has been Lausanne Catalyst for Media Engagement, with a global involvement in training and equipping evangelical leaders. Lars is Chair for Lausanne Europe 20/21 and the Founding Editor of the peer-reviewed Nordic apologetic journal Theofilos. He is married to Margunn Serigstad Dahle, who is also a speaker with FOCL.
