This show is a part of an ongoing series of evidence presented by Greg Stafford to show why many people believe Jesus is the biblical Messiah.
This episode considers the text of Psalm 16:10 and whether what it teaches about God's "loyal" or "holy one" not 'seeing the pit' (Hebrew text) or not 'seeing corruption' (Greek text) was uniquely fulfilled in Jesus of Nazareth. Or is what the Psalmist writes merely an expression of hope for himself without any view toward a future Messianic fulfillment.
We will also review how the New Testament interprets Psalm 16:10 in regards to Jesus and in what sense Christians believe his physical body was not allowed to "see corruption," as the ancient Greek translation of the Hebrew text of Psalm 16:10 teaches.
