I. IN RELIGION, CHRIST IS THE SUPREME LEADER OF MEN.
II. WHAT IS IMPLIED IN FOLLOWING CHRIST? It is to —
1. Think the thoughts of Christ.
with my actions I will glorify Almighty God
2. To feel the feeling of Christ.
disgust in the face of sin
3. To work out the will of Christ.
what decisions today will make Jesus Christ most happy with me today
III. THE CONDITIONS OF PERFECT DISCIPLESHIP?
1. Volunteerism.
you voluntarily do those things most honoring to Christ.
2. Renunciation of the old life of sin and self.
when you find yourself tempted with the old sinful desires you SHOUT NO, I will not do that again!
3. Entire submission to Christ in all things.
When you were saved the intent then was to focus on doing things that Christ wants you to do; in all things.
4. Hard headedness.
even when you SHOUT NO to sin and stumble while trying to follow Christ you will NOT GIVE UP
You will be a constant hard head for Christ and continue doing your best to live a life that pleases God your Heavenly Father
Deny yourself; take up the cross and follow Jesus in your thoughts and deeds.
