It's the daily decision we make again and again to say, "God, my life, it belongs to you." Consecration requires surrender, and surrender keeps the vessel open.
Now, we see in the contrast lives of Saul and of David, they were both anointed. But while Saul protected his position, David kept bringing his heart back to God. He had a fully surrendered life. And so my question for us tonight, church, what area of my life, what area of your life do you need to fully surrender back to God?
