In Aug.14 1994 he accepted the call on his life to minister God's Word as a licensed minister under the leadership of Bishop Clarence Weston of the Redeemed Church of Christ Apostolic in Baltimore, Md. Pastor Taylor was ordained by EMOAF Evangelistic and Discipleship Ministries in Redlands, CA. and consercrated as a Pastor by  Pastor Dr. Maurice Carter of the Crystal cathedral ministry  in Aug.16, 2015 Bishop Taylor was later ordained and consecrated as a Pastor by Pastors Ignacio and Anita Fuentes of Evangelistic and Discipleship Ministries(EMOAF) in Redlands, CA. and Dr. Bishop Maurice Carter of the Crystal Cathedral in Dillwyn Va. on Aug.16 2015. 0n Oct.14, 2018
