If you obey just to get blessings, that’s not Christianity—it’s rabbit-foot religion… and when it “doesn’t pay off,” people bail and go find a new genie ????????‍♂️.
Real faith follows Jesus because of the cross (and the promise of eternity), even when the storm wasn’t your fault—sometimes God is the one who sent you into it ????✝️????
