Darkness reigns in our generation. Biblical views of boundaries and borders have been set aside. Biblical views of sexual morality have been set aside. We, within the Christian Church, don’t even hold those in our own families any longer, and we don’t want to introduce those hard conversations at the kitchen table. Instead, we talk about grace and mercy. Now, we are advocates for grace and mercy, but it doesn’t suspend God’s holiness, righteousness, and purity. Let’s determine that if there is anything we can do—any response we can make to God, any choice we could demonstrate that would allow darkness to not reign—that we will make those choices.
