The high priest and other Jewish leaders arrive to make their case against Paul. This time, they bring their lawyer with them, Tertullus. He makes a great case but one that has only a slight connection to the truth. It's possible for him, and for us, to do a good job at something that is not worth doing. We are called to work with all our heart and that invitation might mean working differently or even seeking different work entirely.
