Pastor Phil Dooley shares with us about the power of a healthy church.
"And we wanna continue to give room for young people to find their voice. My goal, Lucinda and I talk about this, our goal is to leave our church, uh, to the next generation as healthy as possible, and then to cheer them on, and to say, "You guys go for it." And we are a church that is coming into, uh, what, where are we? We're in our 40s now as a church. We're getting a little bit older and there are generational changes happening, and new generations of leaders coming through, taking on the responsibility and carrying the load and carrying the weight, and I love it, and we need to continue to make room for this next generation."
