Memorizing Scripture can be a daunting task, but it is an important goal for all Christians to pursue, simply because it helps us to grow closer to our Lord and Savior. It trains us to stay rooted in God's Word, to be reminded of God's promises, and to be comforted personally and encourage others. This is a new weekly video series where we will learn a verse (or verses) that I am challenging you to commit to memory. By learning these verses, meditating on them, and reciting them out loud, you will come to grow in your walk with Christ.

Ephesians 5:25-27, NASB
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.
