Ephesians 1:19-23

I. Praise God for his dramatic displays of divine power (1:19b-23)
1. We praise the Lord for the power exerted when Christ was raised from death. (1:19-20)
2. We praise the Lord for the power displayed in Christ seated at God's right hand. (1:20-21)
3. We praise the Lord for the power exercised in subjecting all things under Christ's feet. (1:20-21)
4. We praise the Lord for the power that made Christ head over the church. (1:22-23)
