“EXCUSES” Romans 1:20 Intro: Excuses, Excuses, you hear them everyday. And the Devil he’ll supply them if the Lord you’ll stay away. So to keep you from the Lord, he offers you excuses. So today I would like for us to look at some of those Excuses that keep people from coming to the Lord, and yes, even to Church
I. Too Many HYPOCRITES in the Church
Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged
Romans 14:12 Every one of us shall give account of himself
II. I TRIED Once and Failed
Daniel 3:17 He is able to deliver us
Romans 4:21 He will perform His promise
2 Timothy 1:12 For I know that He is able to keep that which I’ve committed
Hebrews 7:25 Save them to the uttermost
Jude 24 Keep you from falling
III. I Cannot Leave My Old COMPANIONS
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers
2 Corinthians 6:17 Come out from among them, and be ye separate
2 Corinthians 5:17 If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature
IV. It Will COST Me Too Much
Mark 8:36 What shall if profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul
Mark 8:37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul
1 John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world
2 Timothy 3:4 Loves of pleasures more than lovers of God

V. I Don’t Need A SAVIOR\

VII. It’s Too LATE

Romans 10:13 Whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved
