5/8/218 - Morning Verses With Mike
Exodus 33:14 (NLT)
The Lord replied, “I will personally go with you, Moses, and I will give you rest—everything will be fine for you.”

Our rest is always in the presence of God. When God talks about His presence going with us, He is not referring to floating along and hovering above us.

He is speaking of actively participating in our day to day struggles and being the answer for every one of those struggles. He is the answer to our stress, our frustration and our overwhelm. We must actively keep ourselves through our faith in His presence. In this way we are not worried, fearful or anxious because we are trusting Him for good results. Our trust in Him becomes a resting place of quiet, peaceful living, and daily strength.
