In this video I explain what Exodus 21:22-23 says to Lonestar 1776, who attempted to explain the verse away by misreading it.
The verse is very clear and refutes the view that God sees life in the womb as the same as those who are already born.
No intention is involved here, it states very clearly if harm (mischief) happens to the mother, not involving the miscarriage,
punishment would meet the crime, including the death penalty to the one who took her life.
This doesn't mean that abortion is right, only that it isn't murder.
