The Apostle Paul is leaving the Ephesisn elders with a warning, and with exhortation to trust the Word of His Grace.

Tragically, upon his departure, they would be sorrowful over that departure, but not over their disregard of the Truth.

They were focused on the personality of Paul, rather than the performance of Christ.

Much of the church has followed suit...
