Jesus sinlessly took all our sin on Himself so we could be made righteous with His righteousness. He “was despised and rejected by men” and took all our rejection upon Himself so we could be “accepted in the Beloved.” Through the cross, God the Father adopts us into His family when we decide to humbly accept what Jesus paid for with His own blood.

Pray this prayer today: Heavenly Father, thank You for Jesus’ death on my behalf and that He bore my sin and rejection. I receive the gift He paid for and declare that I am not excluded. I am Your child and belong to You Family. Thank you! In Jesus’ name, amen.
