Ask some questions about the song:
-What does the song say, or is trying to say?
-Does it align with Scripture, and God’s personality?

* Recognizing who God is
* Psalm 95:6 - Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
* Psalm 29:2 - Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.
* Praising Him for what He has done, doing, and will be doing
* Isaiah 12:5 - Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth.
* Praising Him for His providence
* Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
* Romans 8:28 - And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
