In this morning's family service (on the anniversary of our first lockdown service), we continue our sermon series entitled 'Freedom to Serve Without Fear' and celebrate communion together.
* Jessy Price hosts the service from our building in Cirencester.
* Phil Trainer and Kayliegh Willmott lead worship, with Robyn Trainer adding vocals and instruments remotely.
* 'Super' Lizzie Glover hosts our all-age segment, which includes a dramatic retelling of The Good Samaritan story led by the Avalanche crew.
* Prayers are led by a number of the CBC youth.
* Steven Worthington brings us our reading for today, Luke 10:25-37.
* Matt Frost preaches on the topic of freedom from the fear, or reality, of rejection. This is the latest in our sermon series on overcoming fear to serve the Lord.
* Following our talk, Bleddwyn Evans shares her testimony on how the Lord has helped her overcome rejection in her life.
* Matt then returns to lead holy communion. Please do gather some bread and wine so that you can join in.
Songs include:
