Every follower of Jesus is called to participate in God’s mission of redeeming the world through the Lord Jesus. We’re called to reach our families, friends, co-workers, classmates, neighbors, and anyone else in between with the good news entrusted to us. But oftentimes, we find it hard to do so. We have fears and uncertainties that may hinder us. We may not even be sure where to begin. In this sermon series for missions month, we’re going to explore the role of friendship in bringing the good news to people. Today, we’re going to discuss our very own friendship with God and how that friendship begins to extend to the people around us.
