Morning Verses With Mike
Galatians 5:1
"So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law."

The Apostle Paul was the author of Galatians. He was the most frustrated in his writing during this time. The book of Galatians addresses false teachers telling other Christians what is right and what are the requirements to be bound by. Sounds kind of like our current environment in some ways, doesn't it? The teachings here are as relevant today as they have ever been. False teaching always carries a fine line.

Here is the real message, to me, of this one piece, this one verse: while law has a place, The Christian life is a life of freedom and grace. We must keep our faith and depend on the Holy Spirit to bring lasting change.
