Giving to the Next Generation-S!
Genesis 48:1-4
Jacob was going to remind Joseph how God Almighty touched his life and has blessed him and used him (Gen 48:3). Now he was going to pray a blessing to Joseph and to his two sons which he was going to adopt (Gen 48:5). Israel wanted Joseph and his sons to see that they had the blessing of God on them and that God was going to give them that land as an everlasting possession both to them and to there descendants (Gen 48:4). Disciple Principle: We are to be a blessing, with the Gospel of Christ Jesus, through the laying on of hands, praying that the blessing and the power of the Holy Spirit will change lives and change generations to come. Remember: We can be a blessing to the generations to come with our story of the living Jesus Christ walking in us and through us. Reflection on the past and believing in the future in what Christ is able to do through you.
