In Exodus 20:4-5, we study how God alone deserves our worship and complete loyalty. The Bible tells us that God is a jealous God who expects us to serve and obey him. We must listen to and obey God in all things! We must not place anything else as more important than God. Doing so is idolatry and there are major consequences in this life and eternally for that. We need to identify and repent of the idols in our life so we can obey and serve God alone!
