Why and how do we evaluate gospel-need where we live and in the wider continent. How does this knowledge shape our own ministry and development? This talk includes some tools for evaluation and a time to share together our specific country contexts so we can gain a wider view of the European situation and our place in it. We also include a short talk on how to make the most of the Forum.

Adrian Reynolds is Head of National Ministries for the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) in the UK. The FIEC is a network of over 630 churches. Adrian has specific responsibility for developing new and existing leaders within the network. He also serves as one of the pastors of Christchurch Harborough with responsibility for worship. He has written over 12 books, including Bible commentaries and books on marriage and leadership development. He previously served as one of the leaders of The Proclamation Trust and as a local church pastor. Before entering Christian ministry, he had a 10-year career in business leadership. Adrian is married to Celia, who serves as a women’s worker in their local church. They have three daughters and four grandchildren.
