One verse that has inspired me in my Christian life is John 1:16 which states: “For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace”. Here we see GRACE piled upon GRACE. The picture is the continual wave upon wave that hits the shoreline.

As soon as we think that God’s grace has ran out, another WAVE of GRACE hits our SOUL to REFRESH and RESTORE it. In our study this morning, we will see how GRACE worked in TWO DIFFERENT WAYS with TWO DIFFERENT MEN.

Matthew experienced its CLEANSING TOUCH, whereas Thomas experienced its ENERGIZING effect.
