Raised in a family practicing New-Age beliefs and witchcraft, Jolien Roosmalen grew up with an atheistic perspective on the spiritual realm, which left her anxious and fearful, especially regarding sickness. Despite her chronic health issues, she became active in Holland’s club culture as a DJ and professional dancer. However, this lifestyle worsened her health, causing her to contract HPV, which years later would develop into cervical cancer.

Feeling unworthy due to her lifestyle before becoming a Christian, Jolien believed her sinful past disqualified her from healing. This mindset of fear and guilt kept her bound, until she discovered the teachings of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College, which helped her confront and overcome these limiting beliefs.

Through her renewed understanding of God's healing power, Jolien’s life radically changed. After attending a Charis Healing Event and connecting with fellow cancer survivor Cindy Mezas, Jolien experienced a profound revelation of God’s love that cast out her fear and self-condemnation. Realizing that God did not condemn her for her past, and that she could receive healing.

Today, healed and whole, Jolien passionately shares the message of God's healing power with others, working alongside Charis Netherlands and running her own ministry, to help others experience the same freedom she found.
