The church is God’s Plan A, and there is no Plan B... God created the household of faith for a reason, and He’s inviting us to be a part.

Household of Honor (1 Timothy 5 – 6:2)

• Showing honor shows the Gospel
• The church is a household of faith
• Don’t talk to someone older than you like they are younger than you.
• Are your interactions with others characterized by all purity?
• Showing honor is ascribing worth through action.
• Are we giving our leaders the benefit of the doubt?
• Instructions aren’t approval.
• Build a culture of showing honor
• Jesus was dishonored so that we should be honored.
• As Jesus has been to me, I will be to others.
• Showing honor is a deep gospel issue.
